I have just finished my another motif from Jon Yusoff's book 'Elegant Tatting Gems'. This was another one that made me really pay attention. This one is called 'almas'. I used Lizbeth size 20, #114 called Sea Shells.

I have decided to join in on the fun, so I have started my 25 Motif Challenge. I am hoping to learn from all the others who are doing this also. I can tat, but have seen so many new techniques that I want to learn and what better way than to keep in touch with all the other tatters who are helping to keep tatting alive.

Fabulous!! Love the colors!! :)
I really love this book - the motifs are all very nice, and the patterns are so well written and diagrammed. I had to really pay attention too, but I found having both the diagram and the written pattern to be very helpful. Love the seashells thread color!
